Grades

Grades in CMPM 171 will be based on the following formula.

Vertical Slice Release: 35%

• 20% team performance
• 15% individual performance

First Playable Release: 45%

• 25% team performance
• 20% individual performance

• LinkedIn profile
• Project organization document

Ungraded, but required to pass:

• Game website

In general, individual performance grades will be the same as group performance grades. However, in cases of exceptionally good performance, or poor overall level of contribution to a team, individual grades may be higher or lower than team scores.

The instructor reserves the right to adjust grades based on performance-related factors other than those listed here.
